Lynley and Sheldon's wedding took place in Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan Museum of Art. What I enjoyed most about working with Lynley & Sheldon was that they don't take themselves too seriously. From the beginning, they mentioned that they were not comfortable with "posed" or "staged" photos; they consider themselves to be a bit offbeat and unconventional. Had it not been for Lynley's mother, they may not have even hired a photographer (they initially thought iPhones and disposable cameras would suffice!). On the wedding day, the somewhat reserved, yet fun-loving couple was nothing but smiles and laughter from start to finish, and photographing the love between them was effortless.
